Update from Dios Designs

I've tried to avoid making such a public post. I am quite a private person and I've tried to be strong but I'm only human and I need to accept my limits.

Unfortunately, my dad passed away just under two weeks ago after a long battle with cancer. It was expected but it is still very difficult to deal with.

I have tried to keep business as usual, but I now need to accept that I need a bit of time off to spend with my family. 

I will not be replying to any messages until Tuesday 18th July at the earliest, and non urgent enquries may take longer to reply to.

No orders will be posted out until Tuesday 18th July. This was already accounted for in order timescales published in the banner at the top of each page of our online store, but I have made the decision to take a break from dealing with messages until this time too. This will be the first total break I have had from messages in 18 months of running Dios Designs.

All orders placed up until 6pm on Thursday 13th July have been posted. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on either Tuesday 18th or Wednesday 19th July. This was clearly stated on the banner at the top of the page at the time these orders were placed, so I am not increasing this timescale. If you placed an order, without noticing the banner and you would like a refund, please let me know and I will deal with this when I return to work on Tuesday 18th July.

For orders that have been dispatched already, you should expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days if you opted for second class and 1-2 working days if you selected first class. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me to let me know and I will deal with this on Tuesday 18th July.

I apologise for any inconvenience to anyone.
